So pictures have been demanded, and you guys are right, I do have some that friends have posted on Facebook (that I look at a dozen times a day). Here's a little amuse bouche until the pro pics are in, I catch up on my sleep and try to figure some of this married thing out:
Maids of honor + me during pre-ceremony pics.
Married!
Melissa and I, getting ready to head to the church.
Cake! Ryan surprised me with. No words people, no words. Best cake ever. And the vases with the carnations and branches were our centerpieces.
B-maids + me in Forest Park by some rocks Ryan loves.
It was super, super hot; the heat index was 107. So the air vents in the church were very helpful.
Stay tuned for the pro pics!
You were beautiful and your dress is gorgeous! It will be nice following along on your new journey and hearing all about your wedding as I was just married July 10.
ReplyDeleteThis marriage thing sure takes some getting used to, but I wouldn't change it for the world. Good luck in your new endeavors.
Beautiful! Can't wait to see more!
ReplyDeleteHow did you bustle your dress? Mine is similar with the pleating going around or whatever and I'm not sure how to bustle it!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!! You look BEAUTIFUL!! Take this time to have a mini-honeymoon from the internet and just enjoy these first few days as husband and wife! It only gets better, that's all I have to say. Life is amazing MARRIED. Sooo incredibly and wonderful.

ReplyDeleteOh no it was as hot as our wedding. You poor things!
ReplyDeleteHowever from those photos you'd never know.
LOVE LOVE LOVE your dress. You look stunning. Can't wait to see more photos.
That last pic where you're trying to get relief from the heat looks exactly like the pose that bridal gown models default to. And now, whenever I see that post, I will think "107 heat index!"
ReplyDeleteAlso, my finlaws took bridal party photos at that park too! I think this is my second "you took pictures at the same St. Louis landmarks!" comment. So either these are the most photogenic locations in the city or great minds think alike, or both.
Thanks for sharing these, you look gorgeous!
I LOVE it. The dress, the colors, the heat (it was 90's on our wedding day, and 100% humidity-and our wedding was outside! bahhh) your hand-made bouquets, simply beautiful! CONGRATS! You're finally married!!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see more photos-I still look at mine (the total is probably about 10 zillion times).
